Abstract

The confidence protection principle is definitized from constitution principle to administrative law principle, that should protect to confidence peoples, as administrative agency change of regular route to had been point of view. The important issues of the confidence protection principle how to protect confidence of peoples to administrative agency in case of damage to peoples as follows that administrative province diversification because of social change rapidly or as happen frequently that people tend to rely on government organizations`s word and action, course of action. Therefore at this study try to be sure to emphasize that protect confidence of peoples because of breach to the confidence protection principle as administrative action arrogate to people`s profit or expectation, In this connection, as those suggest general theory about the confidence protection principle, review denial precedent and formal precedent to the confidence protection principle.
