The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in the industrial structure of the Russian Far East, which has started development policy since 2013. The regional industrial structure basically forms the infrastructure industry according to the regional characteristic, and also the national industrial strategy. Generally, regional economic growth strategies are 'endogenous growth strategy' centering on the use of resources in the region and 'unexpected growth strategy' utilizing external resources. The former is the basis for traditional industries or local industries, while the latter is generally for attracting investment or factory relocation from outside for the purpose of forming the specific industries accumulation by local governments. In order to identify changes in the industrial structure, we calculated GRDP(Gross Regional Domestic Product), the LQ(Location Quotient) of GRDP, the number of employees, the of labor productivity by industries, and analyzed the relationships among each variable based on the regional economic growth strategy. As a result, the following three results were obtained. First, the change in industrial structure was not confirmed, but there were qualitative changes such as industrial patterns and labor productivity. Second, the infrastructure industries which have secured comparative advantage industries such as mining, agriculture, farming, fishery, electricity, gas, water, transportation and communications were analyzed to formed by local industry. Third, at the present stage, although the growth of the Far East region was affected by 'endogenous growth factors' partially, it depended on 'external growth strategy' focused on the local industry.
