‘더 커지는’ 러시아 경제공간과 한국의 경제협력 전략

경제성장의 결과로 러시아의 경제 공간은 국내적으로 또 국제적으로 확대되고그에 따라 질적으로 변환되고 있다. 본 논문은 변화하는 러시아의 경제적 상황에맞는 한국의 바람직한 경제협력 전략을 제언하고자 한다. 러시아가 추진하고 있는지역 개발 전략을 최대한 활용하여 혁신, 산업, 농업, 자원개발 협력을 권역별 맞춤형 방식으로 진행할 필요가 있다. 또한 러시아와 인접국간 경제통합에 적극적으로참여할 수 있는 관세행정 시스템을 포함한 전자정부, 기후변화 등에도 관심을 가지고 협력을 추진할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
As a result of economic growth, Russia’s economic space is expanding domestically and internationally. The author argues that cooperation strategy should be adopted according to regional development strategies ofinnovation, industry cluster, agricultural complex, and resources development. Korea should be actively utilized cooperation which promotes economic integration between Russia and neighboring countries of CIS bysuch as <Custom Modernization>. In addition, two countries should consider not only bilateral cooperation but also multilateral cooperation to strengthen and finance relevant projects.
