Abstract
The criticisms of the trial that later Wittgenstein is to interpret in terms of the Kant's transcendental perspective seem to depend on the misunderstandings of Kant's transcendental idealism. The grounds to interpret later Wittgenstein in terms of transcendental perspective are the conceptual, grammatical presuppositions and later Wittgenstein's meta-philosophy. Jonathan Lear interprets later Wittgenstein as ‘Wittgensteinian transcendental idealism’ or ‘transcendental anthropology’. Though Lear's Wittgenstein shows the insight of later Wittgenstein, it fails to notice the main insight of later Wittgenstein - the conceptual, grammatical presuppositions and the sensory constraint which are the core of Kant's transcendental idealism.
