Abstract
The purpose of this study is to plan efficiently the facility layout of each unit logistics parts in container terminal.The facility layout planning is rationally accomplished to minimize moving time, prevent reverse trip, optimize space utilization, maximize convenience of worker and minimize handling cost.Thus, Expert knowledge and mathmatical analysis method are used for rational facility layout planning and we used the relation table and the mutual relation diagram among each logistics parts.In this paper, we established SLP(Systematic Layout Planning) procedure and described the process for application of it.
