설문조사와 빅데이터 기반 해양인식지수 개발 연구

본 연구는 해양수산 분야에 대한 우리 국민의 인식과 태도를 주기적으로 파악할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 설문조사, 빅데이터 등 계량화 가능한 데이터를 활용하여 해양인식지수를 도출하였다. 인식지수 개발에 관한 국내외 주요 문헌을 검토하고, 대국민 인식조사 데이터와 SNS 빅데이터 분석을 바탕으로 척도형 문항 기반의 지표와 키워드 빈도 수 기반의 SNS 빅데이터 지표를 개발하여 해양인식지수의 체계를 두가지로 구성하였다. 해양수산 분야별 특성을 고려한 해양인식지수 체계를 중심으로 2017년부터 2021년까지 해양인식지수를 시범적으로 분석한 결과, 해양인식지수는 분석기간 동안 100포인트를 넘어서며 전반적으로 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 체계적인 해양수산 종합인식지수를 개발한 사례가 드물며, 해양수산 분야에서 SNS빅데이터를 하위지표로 활용해 인식지수를 도출한 사례가 거의 없다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별성이 있다. 또한 국민의 해양수산에 관한 전반적인 인식과 태도를 주기적으로 파악할 수 있는 새로운 체계를 도출했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 추가적인 하위지표와 설문항목의 개발, SNS 빅데이터 활용지표 개선 및 가중치 설계 등의 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop an index to periodically grasp the perceptions and attitudes of Koreans surrounding the ocean and fisheries sector based on surveys and big data. This study reviewed major literature on index development and analyzed public survey data and SNS big data to derive the ocean awareness index system. Based on a scale-type item-based index and a keyword frequency-based big data index, two types of ocean awareness index systems were derived. The ocean awareness index from 2017 to 2021 was analyzed on a trial basis. As a result of the analysis, as of 2017, the index for 2018~2020 exceeded 100 points, indicating an overall increase. In the future, development of sub-indicators and questionnaire items, development of SNS big data utilization indicators, and weight design remain as follow-up tasks.
