The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of the effects of peer relationships among elementary school students participating in sports clubs on self-esteem and satisfaction of participation. A total of 448 questionnaires were used as final validity sample, and for data analysis, SPSS 18.0 were used. And the results are as follow. First, among the peer relationship of sports club participating elementary students and self esteem, positive self esteem had influence on peer recognition and peer conflict, and negative self esteem had significant influence on all of the sub-factors of self-esteem. Second, only peer relationship identification and helping peer relationship and significant effect on participating satisfaction. Third, In the effect of self-esteem on participation satisfaction, only negative self-esteem significantly influened all sub-factors of participating satisfaction. Through the results of the study, they are thought to help establish peer relations through physical activities enhance self-esteem among elementary school students and increase psychological satisfaction.
