This study aimed to verify the influencing factors according to the classification of changes in workers' health status and to verify the differences in the characteristics of the working environment by type. To this end, the Korean Labor Panel provided by the Korea Labor Institute was used to identify the types of changes in workers' health status, and to compare and analyze the influencing factors and characteristics of the working environment. As a result of the analysis, the type of change in health status was categorized into three groups: 'worse', 'maintained', and 'improved'. As a result of verifying differences in working environment characteristics, there were significant differences between groups in all factors related to social and leisure activities. confirmed. In addition, as a result of analyzing the influencing factors through multinomial logistic analysis, marital status, education level, full-time job status, regular exercise participation, smoking and drinking were confirmed.
