초록
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of core training, resistance training, and flyometric combined exercise training of middle school soccer players on physical composition, physical strength, and functional movement, and further to study the continuity of such training. The 17 players training program to be conducted in this study was conducted for 90 minutes per 5 times a week for 8 weeks, and the details consist of 20 minutes of core training after 15 minutes of warm-up foam roller & mobility exercise, 45 minutes of weight training and flyometric training, and 10 minutes of cleanup foam roller & mobility exercise. Body composition, agility, muscle endurance, and functional movement tests were measured to verify the effectiveness of exercise. The analysis of the data obtained in this study was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program, and the average (M) and standard deviation (SD) were calculated to present descriptive statistics of all dependent variables. One-way ANOVA repeated measure was conducted to verify the effectiveness of 8 weeks of complex training and 8 weeks of training maintenance for youth soccer players. At this time, the statistical significance level (α) in all reasoning statistics was set to less than 5%. As a result of studying the effect and continuity of exercise through eight weeks of combined exercise training for middle school soccer players, muscle mass and body fat rate showed a positive effect on continuity, and exercise continuity was presented in agility and agility. However, in the case of functional exercise tests, there was no positive effect and maintenance in items other than SM and ASLR, making it difficult to study the effectiveness of training in depth. Therefore, further research on the number and comparison group of study subjects will need to be reinforced in future studies, and further research on the effectiveness and continuity of complex exercise training after controlling additional variables of study subjects is highly related to injury experience and instability. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to be used as basic data for various complex exercise training studies for middle school athletes and help proceed with follow-up studies.
