초록

This study analyzed the alignment of the spine and pelvis, as well as body composition and bone density, using Raster stereography in healthy adult women. The study sought to identify the correlation between these factors and the risk of developing diseases, as it is known that the onset of illness can occur in the 20s, not just in middle-aged and older individuals. The study aimed to extract critical data to prevent infection. The results of this study showed that trunk inclination correlated with body weight, body fat mass, BMI, body fat percentage, and abdominal fat percentage, while pelvic torsion was associated with body fat mass, BMI, and body fat percentage. Additionally, lumbar angle correlated with body fat percentage, indicating that body fat percentage was a common factor associated with body alignment. However, there was no significant correlation between body alignment and bone density. The correlation analysis between body alignment and gait showed that thoracic angle correlated with a coefficient of variation in foot placement on the right and left sides. In contrast, the lumbar angle and kyphotic angle correlated with the time of each foot placement on the right and left sides. Lastly, the dependent variable suitable for multiple regression analysis among the body alignment variables was the lumbar lordotic angle, and the Time of Each Foot Right during walking among the body composition, bone density, and walking variables was selected as an independent variable. The regression model was suitable with F=5.887(p<.05). This study provides valuable basic data for preventing spinal disorders, identifying problems, and using them for treatment, as it analyzes Raster stereography data for healthy young adult women in their 20s.
