The Effect of Perceived Transformational Leadership Style on Major Satisfaction, Teaching Beliefs and School Life Adjustment in University Students Majoring in Physical Education

This study is meaningful in providing basic data for improving the quality of physical education and at the same time suggesting a direction that can lead to positive changes in university education as a whole. To this end, 12 universities conducted an online survey of students in physical education-related departments, and the final 203 copies were used as analysis data. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used to analyze the research results, and the derived results are as follows. First, The professor's transformational leadership had a significant influence on various factors on major satisfaction. Second, all sub-factors of the professor's transformational leadership had a significant effect on the Teaching Beliefs. Third, the professor's transformational leadership had a significant impact on interpersonal relationships, academic activities, and career preparation. Fourth, major satisfaction had a significant effect on School Life Adjustment, and in particular, relationship satisfaction and school satisfaction played an important role in interpersonal relationships and academic activities. Finally, Teaching Beliefs had a significant effect on all factors of School Life Adjustment.
