신중년여성의 사회공헌활동에 관한 주관성 연구정서중심치료기반 힐링미술코칭활동을 중심으로
A Study on the Subjectivity of New Middle-aged Women’s Social Contribution Activities Focusing on healing art coaching activities based on EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy)

Objective: This study is a basic study to establish a social contribution activity system in the field of coaching based on EFT(emotion-focused therapy) for middle-aged women. This study was conducted using Q methodology targeting new middle aged women who completed a healing art coaching program linked to new middle aged social contribution activities and have experience in social contribution activities. Methods: A subjectivity study on social contribution activities was conducted. Accordingly, this study conducted Qsorting and interviews with 18 new middle aged women who participated in new middle-aged social contribution activities, and analyzed the Qsorting data through the QUANL-PC program. Results: As a result of this study, it was classified into three perception types: ‘type of hoping for sustainable development of social contribution projects’, ‘type of pursuing practical operation of social contribution activities’, and ‘type of hoping for compensation for social contribution activities’. Conclusions: The results of this study can be used as basic data for institutional improvement and policy establishment for new middle age women’s social contribution projects operated by local governments by identifying the current situation and understanding the awareness of new middle age women’s social contribution activities in the field.
