1980년대 후반 이후, 특히 1990년대부터 급속히 진행되어온 자유화는 국제금융시장에도 영향을 주어 국제적인 자금이동을 촉진시켰다. 또한 개발도상국의 경제발전으로 인한 자금증대의 영향으로 경제에 있어서도 금융면의 활동이 더욱 확산되는 추세를 보이고 있다. 그리고 그러한 금융면의 활동은 1980년대 후반에 발생한 우리나라와 일본의 거품현상과 1990년 이후의 거품붕괴 그리고 1990년대의 미국증권시장의 여러 상황들은 선진국 경제에 있어서 발생하는 거품현상처럼 경제에 있어서 실물 면으로부터 괴리되어 독자적인 전개를 추구하기도 한다. 다방면으로 진행되고 있는 현실의 경제에서 금융면의 움직임을 다시 한번 검토하기 위하여 새롭게 경제에 있어서의 금융의 역할이라고 하는 본질적인 문제를 살펴보고자 한다.이러한 배경을 바탕으로 최근의 금융이론전개와 그리고 현실의 금융동향에 대해 살펴보았으며, 또한 최근의 금융동향의 주요 관심사에서 그렇게 중요하게 생각하지하지 않았던 금융이란 무엇인가 하는 기본적인 문제를 다시 한번 검토하고 그에 대한 방안을 제시하여 보았다.
Abstract
Since the late 1980's, liberalization has made rapid progress, especially since the 1990's. There has been an influence on the financial market, whereby promoting in the the funding movement. Also, owing to the economic growth of developing countries, the activities related with financial, such as fund increasing and economy, are getting diffused. In addition, such monetary activities are going their own way separated from object economy, such as the bubble economy of both Korea and Japan which came into existence in the late 1980's. Their bubble economies burst in 1990, and various situations in the US stock market in the 1990's like the bubble economy of developed countries. This paper aims at reconsidering essential problems about the role of financial related with economy in a new prospective to reexamine financial economy trend in the reality with many faces. Based on this, I will reconsider the recently developed monetary theory and the attention about the money trend in the real world. Also I will reexamine the basic question on "what the financial means", which has been beside the question and show the schme of the question.
