조직은 언제나 효과적인 업무를 추진하는 것을 지향하지만 데이터를 활용하는 수준에 따라서 성과에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 데이터를 활용하는 것은 정보화로 설명되며 본 논문에서는 이를 실증하기 위해 정보화 환경에 대한 요소를 탐색하고 상호 간의 관계를 실증하고자 하였다. 특히, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)를 사용하는 조직의 정보화 환경요소를 업무 혁신, 최고경영자의 정보화 의지, 정보화 교육으로 보고 각 개념이 시스템을 활용하는데 미치는 영향과 업무 프로세스의 효과성, 성과에 미치는 경로를 가설로 설정하였다. 총 7개의 가설에서 6개의 가설이 지지되었으며 1개의 가설이 기각되었다. 정보화 환경을 측정한 3가지 개념(업무혁신, 최고경영자의 의지, 정보화 교육)은 ERP 활용 수준과의 관계에서 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 업무 프로세스 효과성에 업무혁신과 ERP 활용 수준의 영향이 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 정보화 교육은 업무 프로세스 효과성에 유의한 의미가 없음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 업무 프로세스 효과성은 성과에 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 기존 연구에서는 시스템 도입 시 성공 요인을 중심으로 다룬 것에 비해 기 구축된 시스템에 대한 효과성을 현재 환경에 비추어 확인하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Organizations need continuous improvement within the organization through informatization. Rather than simply having data, you can maximize positive performance by using the data you have for important decision-making. In this paper, the informatization environment factors of organizations using ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) are viewed as business innovation, the CEO's informatization will, and informatization education, and the influence of each concept on system utilization and the path to the effectiveness and performance of the business process are set as hypotheses. to prove it Of the total of 7 hypotheses, 6 hypotheses were supported and 1 hypothesis was rejected. The three concepts (business innovation, CEO's will for informatization, informatization education) that measured the informatization environment were all significant in relation to the level of ERP utilization level. However, in terms of work process effectiveness, only business innovation and ERP utilization level were found to be statistically significant, and it was confirmed that informatization education had no significant meaning in work process effectiveness. The work process effectiveness was found to be significant in the performance. Through this study, it is meaningful in that it confirmed the effectiveness of the established system in the light of the current environment compared to the previous studies focusing on the success factors when introducing the system.
