컴퓨터와 운영시스템의 발달로 정부에서는 2001년부터 전자정부를 추진하고 있다. 전자정부의 하나로 진행된 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS : National Education Information System)의 평가로 정보품질이 이용자만족과 이용자가치에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다.본 연구의 목적을 위하여 "교육행정정보시스템 정보품질은 이용자만족(가설 1), 이용자가치(가설 2)에 영향을 미칠 것이다." 라는 가설과 "이용자만족은 이용자가치에 영향을 미칠 것이다(가설3)." 라는 가설을 설정하고, 서울지역 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석에 의한 가설검증을 하였다.요인분석에서 독립변수인 정보품질은 정보 정확성과 적응성으로 구성되었으며, 종속변수인 이용자만족과 이용자가치는 원래 의도대로 하나의 요인으로 구성되었다. 요인분석에 의해 구성된 변수들의 신뢰도분석은 Cronbach's α값이 0.6 이상으로 나타나 측정변수의 신뢰도에는 문제가 없었다. 그리고 본 연구에서 설정한 가설을 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다.그 결과, 첫째, NEIS 사용을 위한 교사들의 교육 및 정보지원은 충분하나, NEIS의 정확한 자료에는 교사들이 확신을 가지지 않는다. 둘째, NEIS의 정보를 교사 개인적으로 정확하고 적응력 있게 활용한다. 셋째, NEIS가 도입됨에 따라 교사의 개인적조직적 직무만족이 업무효과, 효율 및 학생지도에 기대하는 바가 큼을 발견할 수 있었다.
Abstract
With the development of computer and operating system, Korea government introduced NEIS in 2001 to process educational information electronically through internet. The purpose of this study is to understand the influence that the information quality of NEIS has brought to user satisfaction and user value. We adopted an empirical research to find out whether the information quality of NEIS has positive effect on user satisfaction (hypotheses 1) and user value (hypotheses 2), also user satisfaction has positive effect on user value (hypotheses 3). Based on the answers from the questionnaire collected from teachers in general highschool and vocational high school. We reviewed them by utilizing factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The findings from the research are that, with the adoption of NEIS. 1) Authorities has educated and supported information to teachers that use the NEIS sufficiently. But teachers didn't assure whether data of the NEIS is correct. 2) Each of teachers is using exactly and adaptly to students. 3) Individual and organical job satisfaction of teachers has good affect in effect of operation, efficiency and guidance of students.
