취업경쟁이 치열해 지면서 대학생들의 진로결정수준을 높이기 위한 다양한 변수들을 연구해야할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 사회적 취업 진로에서 약자로 평가되고 있는 여자대학생들의 경우에는 진로결정 수준을 높이는 상담 및 전략 등을 통하여 미래에 대한 불안감을 해소시켜 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 여자대학생을 중심으로 미래 진로 결정 수준을 높이는 변수로 취업 전략과 생활태도가 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 진로 전략으로는 미래에 진로를 확립할 수 있는 정보 수집 수준과 학교에서 제공하는 진로 프로그램의 수준(만족도)으로, 생활태도는 학교생활의 적극성, 생활환경의 만족도, 사회적 관계의 강화로 변수를 구분하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과 각각의 변수는 진로결정 수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.(가설 1, 가설 2) 다중회귀분석을 한 결과 여자대학생의 경우에는 정보수집 수준, 생활환경의 만족도, 학교진로지원 수준이 진로결정 수준에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다고 추가분석에서는 학교생활 적극성도 진로결정 수준에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. (가설 3) 학년수준에 따라서는 학교진로 지원 프로그램의 차별화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.(가설 4) 이러한 연구결과는 여자대학생의 경우 과거에 비해서 취업정보 획득 수준, 학교생활 적극성, 생활환경 만족도, 취업지원수준 만족도 등이 진로결정 수준에 높은 영향을 주고 있으므로 이러한 변수를 이용하여 실질적인 취업 준비활동을 높이는 방안이 간구되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study investigated the factor influencing female university student' career decision making in contribute to the career counseling for female university student form the environment of the employment competition. The factor is classified employment Strategies and Life Attitude. We was investigated the Employment strategies that mean the level of employment information and university support system. The life attitude was analyzed the factors that mean positive characteristic of university life and satisfaction of life environment, the social relation. A survey of 480 female university students and 68 male university students were analysed the method of t-test, ANOVA, multi-regression The results of this study are as follows. We obtain that statistic significant relation in career decision making of female university student by the level of employment information and university support system, and satisfaction of life environment. It means to be managed a employment programs of university and university support system for university grade. We know to do not influence career decision making of female university student by the social relation. This problem consider method to improves an ability of social relation in the career counseling. In the future study, the research method have to include variable variety of career decision making and It describes employment strategies and career counseling method.
