한국과 미국의 기업가정신의 연구동향에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 기업가정신의 지식구조를 동시단어분석(Co-word Analysis)방법론을 사용하여 2000년부터 2010년까지 한국·미국의 기업가정신을 학술지에 등재된 논문을 중심으로 연구하였다. 기업가정신과 연계된 연구 주제 분석결과 한국의 기업가정신과 연계된 연구 주제는 연구의 초기단계인 3사분면의 클러스터에는 경영이념, 경제성장, 기업지배구조, 경제교육, 사회적책임, 사내기업가정신이 4사분면 연구의 주목 분야 클러스터는 기업성과, 기술혁신, 네트워크이며 연구의 주류 분야의 1사분면의 클러스터는 리더십, 위험감수성이 분포되었고 2사분면 차세대 연구 분야 클러스터는 사회적기업, 시장지향성이 분포되었다. 미국 기업가정신과 연관된 연구 주제는 초기단계 3사분면에는 Capital Market, Customer Relations 클러스터를 형성하였고 4사분면의 주목 분야의 연구의 클러스터는Family Corporations, Transition Economic, Foreign Investment이며 주류 연구의 1사분면에는Developing Countries, Family Partnership, Behavioral Economic, Planning, Competitive Advantage, Editorials 클러스터가 있으며 2사분면의 차세대의 연구 분야에는 Trust, Periodicals,Capital Investments 클러스터가 분포되었다. 한국의 기업가정신의 연구 주제가 미국의 연구 주제와연구 동향이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 비교하여 분석한 결과 한국의 연구 주제들은 전략 맵에서각 분면에 다양하게 분포되어 연구되어지고 있었지만 미국의 연구 주제에 비교하면 3사분면의 초기연구 단계의 연구와 4사분면의 주목 연구단계에서 연구가 이루어지고 있는 연구 결과이다.
Abstract
This study studied entrepreneurship in Korea and in the USA from 2000 to 2010 centering on papers published on journals using the Co-word Analysis method. Based on the results of analysis of study themes linked with entrepreneurship, study themes linked with entrepreneurship in Korea included management philosophies, economic growth, corporate governance structures, social responsibilities and in-house entrepreneurship as clusters formed in the third quadrant of the studies, corporate performance, technical innovation and networks as clusters formed in the fourth quadrant of the studies, leadership and sensitivity to dangers as clusters in the first quadrant, the main stream of the studies and social enterprises and market orientation as clusters formed in the second quadrant, next generation study areas. Study themes related with entrepreneurship in the USA formed Capital Market and Customer Relations clusters in the third quadrant, the initial stage studies; Family Corporations, Transition Economic and Foreign Investment study clusters in the fourth quadrant, watched study areas;Developing Countries, Family Partnership, Behavioral Economic, Planning,Competitive Advantage and Editorials clusters in the first quadrant, the main stream studies; and Trust, Periodicals and Capital Investments clusters in the second quadrant, next generation study areas. The trend of the themes of entrepreneurship studies in Korea were compared with that of the themes of entrepreneurship studies in the USA and based on the results, although the study themes studied in Korea were diversely distributed on individual quadrants on the strategy map, these studies are concentrated on initial stage study themes in the third quadrant and watched stage study themes in the fourth quadrant when compared with study themes in the USA.
