본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 여가스포츠 참가에 따른 사회적 자본과 임파워먼트 및 학교적응의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하였으며 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D광역시, C도 지역의 여가스포츠 참가 다문화 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종분석은 113부였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN VER 26.0과 Amos 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 여가스포츠 참가에 따른 사회적 자본은 학교적응에 정적인 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 여가스포츠 참가에 따른 사회적 자본은 임파워먼트에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화 청소년의 여가스포츠 참가에 따른 임파워먼트는 학교적응에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 다문화 청소년의 여가스포츠 참가에 따른 임파워먼트는 사회적 자본과 학교적응의 관계에 부분매개 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to mediation of empowerment on the association between social capital and school adjustment of the multicultural adolescents’s participation in leisure sports. spss win ver 26.0 and amos 26.0 program were used to analyze the data. the results were First, it was found that social capital of the multicultural adolescents’s participation had a significant effect on the school adjustment. Second, it was found that social capital of the multicultural adolescents’s participation had a significant effect on empowerment. Third, it was found that the empowerment of the multicultural adolescents’s participation had a significant effect on the school adjustment. Fourth, it was found that the empowerment of the multicultural adolescents’s participation had a partial mediation effect between social capital and school adjustment.
