Objective: This case report describes the clinical effects of integrative Korean medicine on a patient with acute bacterial bronchitis who is unresponsive to conventional therapy. Methods: A 68-year-old woman with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis and post-COVID-19 bronchial hypersensitivity was hospitalized after persistent cough, chest pain, and fatigue failed to improve following two weeks of Western medical treatment. She received a four-week integrative treat ment, including herbal medicine (Samsoeum-gami), electroacupuncture, and moxibustion. Resul ts: COAT and BSS scores decreased by 21 and 15 points, respectively. CRP and ESR levels dropped from 17.43 mg/dL and 112 mm/hr to 0.08 mg/dL and 27 mm/hr, respectively. The patient also reported improved sleep and appetite. Conclusion: Integrative Korean medicine may serve as a beneficial adjunct in the management of acute bronchitis, particularly for patients with prolon ged symptoms, despite standard treatment.
