경영학전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 고용가능성의 매개효과

초록

연구의 목적은 경영학전공 대학생들의 전공만족도와 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향과 고용가능성의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 그동안 국내외 많은 연구자들이 다양한 전공에서 대학생들의 전공만족도와 진로준비행동, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동의 관계를 연구해왔다. 그러나 경영학전공 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구는 없기 때문에 경영학전공 대학생들의 체계적인 진로준비를 위해 이러한 주제의 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경영학전공 대학생을 대상으로 조사한 176부의 유효 설문지를 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 분산분석, 회귀분석, Sobel 검증 등을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째로 전공만족도(교수관계, 사회인식)는 진로준비행동에, 진로결정 자기효능감(목표설정, 진로계획, 문제해결)은 진로준비행동에, 고용가능성(직업탐색능력, 구직기술)은 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째로 전공만족도(교과수업, 사회인식)는 고용가능성에, 진로결정 자기효능감(목표설정, 진로계획, 문제해결, 자기평가)은 고용가능성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째로 고용가능성은 전공만족도와 진로준비행동 간에, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간에 매개효과가 있었다. 이 연구결과는 경영학전공 학생들의 체계적인 진로준비와 교수의 올바른 진로지도에 도움이 될 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of major satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior, and also to verify the mediating effect of employability. The participants in this study were 214 undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration. the data of 176 students (available response rate: 82.2%) were used in data analysis. 108(61.4%) of the sample were male while 68(38.6%) were female. Data were analyzed using “IBM SPSS Statistics ver.22” for frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple regression, sobel test. The results of this study include the followings. First, the major satisfaction, the career decision self-efficacy and Employability were positively affected to the career preparation behavior. Second, the major satisfaction, the career decision making self-efficacy were positively affected to employability. Third, the employability fully mediated the relationship between the major satisfaction and the career preparation behavior, and the relationship between the career decision self-efficacy and the career preparation behavior. This study makes a positive contribution to research and enhances awareness about how active student majoring business administration is in preparing a career, therefore increasing chances for achieving career satisfaction.
