국내 대학 기업가정신과 창업교육의 현황분석 및 그 성과요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 국내 대학 기업가정신과 창업교육의 실태를 분석하고 그 성과요인을 높이는 기업가정신과 창업교육의 현황변수를 찾고자 하였다. 2017∼2019년 중앙일보 선정 창업우수대학과 비교대학 자료를 통해 기업가정신과 창업교육 현황변수와 성과변수의 평균치 차이분석을 하였다. 또한 2019∼2020년 매일경제신문과 한국창업보육협회 주관으로 선정된 4년제 창업우수대학의 창업강좌 수강형태와 특징을 파악하고 창업교과 운영모형분석에 따라 밝혀진 바는 다음과 같다. 창업성과요인에는 학생창업자수 변수가 가장 중요하고 다음으로 학생창업기업 매출액 변수였다. 이러한 창업성과요인에는 창업교육의 양을 나타내는 지표인 창업강좌수, 이수자수, 교양과목 이론형, 강의중심형 교수학습모델 보다 창업교육의 질을 나타내는 지표인 전공과목 실습형 교과모형, 창업(전공)동아리 운영, 창업경진대회 운영, 창업교육 전담교직원수, 창업교육사업비(교비) 등이 더 유의한 변수였다. 따라서 연구의 시사점으로 지금까지 국내 대학 기업가정신과 창업교육의 양적 성장에 따른 문제점을 지적하고, 본 연구와 선행연구 결과들을 정리 종합하여 기업가정신과 창업교육의 질적 고도화를 도모하여 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study is aimed to analyze the status of entrepreneurship & start-up education at domestic universities and to find current status variables that increase the performance factors. Through Data from the best start-up education universities selected by the Joongang Ilbo in 2017~2019 and comparative universities Data, to analyze the difference between the average value of the current status variable and the performance variable of entrepreneurship & start-up education. In addition, the types and characteristics of four-year start-up lectures selected under the supervision of the Maeil Economic Daily and the Entrepreneurship Childcare Association between 2019~2020 were identified and the analysis of the start-up curriculum operation model analysis. The number of student start-ups variable was the most importance factor in start-up performance, followed by the sales variable of student start-up companies. Start-up performance factors were more significant variables such as the number of start-up lectures, number of students, liberal arts theory, and lecture oriented teaching and learning models, including the quality of start-up education. Therefore, as an implication of the study, the problems of quantitative growth of domestic university entrepreneurship so far were pointed out, and the result of this study and previous studies were summarized to improve the quality of start-up education.
