인식의 부합이 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 연구 : 건설업 프로젝트를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 다양한 이해관계자들의 영향요인의 중요도에 대한 인식부합이 품질에 영향을 주고 성과에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 설정하여 변수의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구범위로는 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 프로젝트의 이해관계자 유형을 정의한 후 성과품 품질 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 건설 품질시스템에 관한 문헌들을 살펴본 후 이것을 바탕으로 품질시스템 영향 요인을 도출하며, 각 요인에 대한 인식부합도 측정을 통해 이해관계자들 인식의 정도가 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한다. 연구대상자는 수도권에 위치한 건설업 종사자를 대상으로 하였으며, 2022년 1월 5일부터 1월 30일까지 설문지 150부를 배포하였으며 최종 124부를 SPSS 24로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 인식의 부합이 영향 요인의 인지된 품질에 미치는 효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영향 요인의 인지된 품질 간 인과적 관계를 검증한 결과 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지된 자원적, 인지된 기술적, 인지된 관리적, 인지된 조직적 품질 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 점을 시사하고 있다. 첫째, 품질영향요인의 중요도에 대한 인식부합 중 관리적요인 정도에 따라 프로젝트 성과를 창출에 영향을 미친다는 것을 시사한다. 둘째, 경영층의 현장지원에 대한 인식과 태도 및 조직 내 건설현장지원과 참여하는 풍토를 얼마만큼 인지하고 있느냐에 따라 프로젝트의 성과를 좌우한다는 것을 시사한다. 셋째, 기능적 요인 충족과 현대 디자인적 요소가 얼마나 풍부한지에 따라, 시공사의 기술력과 건설을 구현하는 요소기술과 노하우 보유정도가 발주자 만족도에 기여한다는 사실을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구의 한계점으로는 첫째, 조사대상이 수도권 내에 있는 대형 건설사의 건축 프로젝트에 국한하여 조사되었다는 점이다. 둘째, 충분한 크기의 표본이 필요하다. 일반화 가능성에 문제가 제기될 수 있다. 셋째, 발주자, 설계감리자 보다는 시공사 관점에 치우친 부분이 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of variables by establishing a hypothesis that the agreement of various stakeholders' perceptions of the importance of influencing factors affects quality and ultimately affects performance. As for the scope of the research, first, after defining the stakeholder types of the project through prior research, the literature on the construction quality system is examined to find the factors affecting the quality satisfaction of the results, and based on this, the factors affecting the quality system are derived. The effect of stakeholder awareness on project performance is verified by measuring the degree of recognition conformity to factors. The subjects of this study were construction workers located in the metropolitan area, and 150 questionnaires were distributed from January 10 to February 10, 2022, and the final 124 copies were analyzed using SPSS 24. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the conformity of the perception affects the effect on the perceived quality of the influencing factor. Second, as a result of examining the causal relationship between the perceived quality of the influencing factors, it was found to have a significant effect. Third, perceived resource quality, perceived technical quality, perceived managerial quality, and perceived organizational quality were all significantly. This study shows the following implications. First, it suggests that the level of managerial factors among the recognition of the importance of quality influencing factors affects the creation of project performance. Second, it suggests that the performance of the project depends on the perception and attitude of the management towards the field support and the extent to which they are aware of the construction site support and participation climate within the organization. Third, according to how abundant the functional factors are satisfied and the application of modern design elements is rich, it suggests that the construction company's technology and the level of element technology and know-how that implements construction contribute to the satisfaction of the client. The limitations of this study are that, first, the research subjects were limited to the construction projects of large construction companies in the metropolitan area. Second, it is necessary to secure a sample of sufficient size. Generalizability may be questioned. Third, there is a part that is biased towards the construction company rather than the client or design supervisor.
