노인맞춤돌봄서비스를 활용한 연구 동향

목적 :본 연구는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 관련 연구를 고찰하여 노인맞춤돌봄서비스에 필요한 향후 과제를 논 의하고 정책적 제안점을 정리하고자 한다. 연구방법 :본 연구의 대상 문헌은 노인맞춤돌봄서비스가 년 월에 시행한 것을 감안하여 년 2020 1 2020 1월부터 년 월까지 출간된 문헌으로 데이터베이스인 2023 10 google scholar, Korean Studies Information를 활용하여 문헌을 Service System (KISS), Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), DBpia를 활용하여 문헌을 검색하였다. 검색어로는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스에 포함된 단어를 모두 포함하여, "노인맞춤돌봄서비스", “노인돌봄기본서비스”, "노인돌봄종합서비스", "단기가사서비스", "초기독거노인 자립지원 사업", "독거노인 사회관계 활성화 사업", "지역사회 자원연계 사업"을 사용하였다. 선정된 문헌은 문헌의 주제 및 대상자, 결과, 제한점을 중점적으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 본 연구에서 4개의 데이터베이스를 사용하여 총 588편의 문헌이 검색되었고, 최종 15편의 문헌이선정되었다. 총 15편의 문헌 중 한 편은 이차 자료원을 사용한 코호트 연구 또는 비무작위 연구에 해당하였으며, 15편은 모두 사전-사후 연구 및 단일 집단 비무작위 연구에 해당하였다. 문헌의 분석 대상은 노인과 생활지원사였으며, 노인의 서비스 이용 만족도와 서비스를 통한 인지기능, 고독감, 사회적 지지 등에 대한 효과를 분석하였다. 또한, 생활지원사의 직무 소진, 직무만족도, 직무 교육 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 문헌의 대부분 제한된 지역사회 대상으로 진행한 연구로 일반화에 대한 제한점을 제시하였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스에 대한 대상자와 제공자의 관점을 종합적으로 고찰하고, 이를 토대로 정책적 개선을 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 연구 결과는 노인맞춤돌봄서비스의 향후 방향성 결정과 정책 수정에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Objective : This study critically examined care services for older adults, highlighting the challenges and proposing policy recommendations. Methods : We reviewed the literature from January 2020 to October 2023 across databases, such as Google Scholar, KISS, RISS, and DBpia, using keywords related to older adult care services. We systematically selected and analyzed articles that focused on the effects and challenges of these services for older adults and life support workers. Results : Of the 588 articles, 15 were selected. These included one secondary data study and 14 pre-post or non-randomized single-group studies. The analysis explored service effects on older adults’ satisfaction, cognitive function, loneliness, and social support, as well as on workers’ burnout, job satisfaction, and training outcomes. Most studies were limited to specific localities, which affected their generalizability. Conclusion : This study provides a comprehensive examination of care services for older adults from both recipient and provider perspectives. Based on this analysis, policy recommendations were proposed to improve care services for older adults. These findings are expected to serve as valuable foundational data for determining.
