연구방법 : 2014년 1월부터 2023년 12월까지 출판된 “adults” AND “ehealth” OR “telehealth” OR “life” OR “lifestyle” AND intervention” OR “program”을 사용하였고 총 27,027편의 연구 중 5편의 연구가 최종 선택되었다.

Abstract

Objective : By systematically reviewing papers on remote rehabilitation among foreign papers from January 2014 to December 2023, we wanted to understand the current status of remote rehabilitation abroad and its consequences. Additionally, we wished to offer recommendations for improving the direction and quality of life suitable for the domestic situation. Methods : We searched PubMed, Embase, and Google Scholar for studies published between January 2014 and December 2023. Search terms included “ADULTS” AND “EHEALTH” OR “TELEHEALTH” OR “LIFE” OR “LIFESTYLE” AND “INTERVENTION” OR “PROGRAM.” Ultimately, 5 studies out of 27,027 were finally selected. Results : The PEDro scale was used to evaluate the quality of the selected papers, and scores were high (i.e., averaging 7 points). The effectiveness of e-health programs was mainly measured by studies confirming improvements in physical function and psychological state. The experimental group who participated in the program applied in this study was applied showed significant differences in physical function and health state compared to differences observed in the control group. Conclusion : The study findings confirm that e-health programs are effective in improving physical activity. Telemedicine is expected to be used as a basis for improving e-health and quality of life.
