움직임교육이 발달장애아동의 모방, 언어이해 및 표현에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of movement education on the ability of imitation, receptive language, and expressive language of children with the developmental disabilities. Twenty subjects, aged 3 to 5, were closely observed. A total of 70 experiments on movement education were conducted for 3 times a week over a period of 6 months and each experiment lasted 40 min. In the experiments, the subjects were divided into two groups consisted of 10 children. The improvements in their achievements were measured by the PEP. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA and the effect size. The findings of the experiments are as follows:First, the improvements in their abilities of imitation(F=5.75, p=.02) and receptive language(F=4.45, p=.05) were identified. Second, there were no statistically significant differences in the expressive language and the general scores of PEP by movement education, but the effect size of γ=.73, γ=.77 was revealed.
