일반체육교사의 특수학교 체육수업 지도 체험에 대한 현상학적 연구

그동안 특수학교 체육수업을 진행하는 체육교사들의 구체적인 체험을 해석하는 접근은 많지 않았다. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 일반체육교사로서 특수학교 체육수업을 지도하고 있는 대상자들의 구체적인 체험의 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 현상학적 방법을 사용하였다. 3개월에 걸쳐 세 명의 제보자들의 수업을 관찰하고 현상학적 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 또한 연구자 자신의 경험에 대한 성찰과 연구주제에 대한 다양한 글을 리뷰하였다. 이를 통해서 연구자는 1) 교수철학의 환원과 탈주관화, 2) 교수학적 변환과 내면적 수용의 한계, 3) 통념, 이데올로기, 재주관화라는 3가지 주제로 범주화하여 결과와 논의를 전개하였다. 더불어, 특수학교 체육수업 지도 체험에 대한 고찰과 장애학생의 체육 현장과 체험연구의 적용가능성에 대한 고찰과 연결시켜 본 연구를 통해 도출된 연구자의 결론과 제언을 담았다.
Abstract
Compared to research on physical education class at special school, not many research have been conducted on teaching experience of physical education teacher. The main purpose of this study was to examine the actual meaning of teaching experience on adapted physical education class for general physical education teacher from perspective of phenomenology. Diverse data from observation, phenomenological interview with participants, book reviewing on adapted physical education class, and reflection on researcher's personal teaching experience were gathered to study participants' lived experience. Through data analyses, I explored the meaning of teaching experience about adapted physical education and conceptualized three phenomenological themes on lived participants' teaching experience; 1) restoration of teaching philosophy and experience of desubjectification, 2) didactic transformation and limitation of internal acceptance, 3) common idea, ideology, resubjectification. I also drew the two conclusions and implications in terms of following themes; 1) consideration of limitation and possibility on adapted physical education class, 2) necessity of research on lived teaching experience about adapted physical education.
