동작 개념화 교육이 자폐성 장애 아동의 운동수행에 미치는 효과

Abstract

This study was to find out how the exercise program that applies the movement conceptualization education affects the exercise ability of the children with autistic disorder and to suggest the ways to improve their exercise performance ability by providing the exercise program suitable for the children with autistic disorder. A total of 30 children with autistic disorder enrolled in the adapted physical training program at the S center located at S-gu in Seoul participated in this study. Except for the 10 children who could not participated in this study until the end due to their personal reasons, the remaining 20 children were divided into two groups, an experiment group of 10 children who participated in the exercise program that applied the movement conceptualization education, and the control group of 10 students who participated in the exercise program that did not apply the movement conceptualization education. The test equipment called TGMD-2 (Test of Gross Motor Development -2) was used in this study to measure the exercise ability of the children with autistic disorder. The statistics techniques for data analysis used in this study is called a paired sample t-test, and it was used to verify the differences in the before-after average values measured from the experiment group and the control group. The study results obtained from this kind of data collection and analysis process are as follows. In summary, the exercise program that applied the movement conceptualization education for 20 weeks on the children with autistic disorder positively affected the ability of body moving techniques of the children with autistic disorder. Therefore, it is believed that the movement conceptualization education is an effective activity to improve the ability of body moving techniques of the children with autistic disorder.
