본 연구는 2015년 체육지도자 자격제도 개편에 따라 신설된 장애인스포츠지도사 자격을 장애인의 체육활동에 대한 수요와 필요성에 따른 발전방향 및 개선방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 독일과 일본 그리고 미국의 전문가양성 자격제도에 대해 고찰하였고, 다양한 장애인 관련 실태조사와 장애인의 생활체육 및 재활체육에 대하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 장애인은 생활체육 및 전문체육의 영역뿐 아니라 건강운동 및 재활체육의 영역에서도 전문적인 지도자가 필요하며, 현재의 장애인스포츠지도사의 경우 스포츠 종목별 지도자의 양성과정에 가깝기 때문에 보완이 필요하다. 외국의 제도와 비교하였을 때 독일과 같이 제도적으로 재활체육 전문가를 양성하고 배치하는 것은 우리의 현실과는 차이가 있지만, 건강운동지도사가 일정한 장애인 관련 운동처방 교육을 수료할 경우 장애인을 포괄하는 운동처방 및 피트니스 전문가 자격을 가질 수 있도록 보완할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of development and improvement along the disabled sports/exercise specialist qualifications established in accordance with the reorganization of qualifications in 2015, the demand and need for the physical activity of people with disabilities. It was investigated in the United States, Germany, Japan and qualifications of the experts for this purpose, compared to investigate the various disability-related review and leisure sports and physical rehabilitation of the disabled. The results were as follows. Persons with disabilities need a supplement, and not only because the area of the professional physical education and sport for professional leadership needed in the area of health exercise and rehabilitation sports, disabled sports in the present case closer to the instructor training course in each event sports leaders. That compared with foreign institutions foster rehabilitation, sports experts institutionally as Germany and placed it we may have differences with reality, it is necessary to supplement an exercise regimen and fitness professional qualification that covers the disabled, such as the disabled sports/exercise specialist.
