장애인체육종합훈련시설의 개선 요인과 상대적 중요도 분석

이 연구는 장애인체육종합훈련시설 운영의 문제점 및 개선 요인을 도출하고 각 개선요인별 우선순위를 분석하여 장애인 국가대표 선수들에게 최적의 훈련환경을 조성하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 3년 이상 장애인체육종합훈련시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 장애인 국가대표 선수 및 지도자 10명을 대상으로 면담과 현장 관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 귀납적 내용분석(Creswell, 2003)을 통해 문제점과 개선 요인들을 도출하였다. 도출된 개선 요인들은 중요도에 따른 우선순위 선정을 위해 장애인선수 및 지도자, 특수체육 박사급 이상 전문가 12명을 대상으로 계층분석(Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 장애인체육종합훈련시설의 문제점은 접근성, 훈련시설, 숙소시설, 편의시설, 직원서비스 5개의 요인과 41개의 하위 요소로 나타났으며, 개선 요인으로는 5개의 상위 요인과 26개의 하위 요소로 도출되었다. 장애인체육종합훈련시설 개선 요인의 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 접근성 39%, 편의시설 23%, 숙소시설 16.3%, 훈련시설 13.3%, 직원서비스 8.4% 순으로 나타났다. 또한 장애인체육종합훈련시설 개선요인의 가중치가 부여된 상태에서 전체 요소 간 우선순위를 분석한 결과, 인근 대중교통 노선확보가 20.3%의 가중치를 나타내어 가장 중요한 요소인 것으로 나타났으며, 여성지도위원 배치는 0.7%의 가중치를 나타내어 가장 낮은 중요 요소인 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of the this study is a try to suggest the basic information to provide the elite sports athletes with disabilities with the best training environment by drawing the problems of the facility management and important factors related to the korean sports training center for the disabled and by analyzing the order of priority of each important factor. To achieve the purpose of this study, 10 participants were selected and they were consisted of elite sports athletes with disabilities, coaches who had experience about korean sports training center for the disabled for more than three years. Data were collected by depth interview method and field observation. The collected data were analyzed through the instructive content analysis that was a part of qualitative research and drew the problem and the improvement factors from categorization of importance factors. For the decision of priorities about improvement factors, AHP was performed by 12 people who were coaches, specialists in adapted physical activity field or academic field. The results were as follows. The problem factors elicited five factors such as accessibility, training facility, accommodation, convenient facility and staff service and 41 sub-factors. The improvement factors elicited five upper factors and 26 sub-factors. The result from analyzing the priorities of the improvement factors was accessibility 39%, convenient facility 23%, accommodation 16.3%, training facility 13.3% and staff service 8.4%. Also, among results from weighted state of improvement factors, assurance of near by public transportation was the most importance factor which had 20.3% weighting, and placement of female direction committee was the least importance factor which had 0.5% weighting.
