(Two way ANOVA with repeated measures on last factor)을 실시하였고, SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of a 24-week trampoline exercise intervention program on motor coordination ability of children with intellectual disabilities, aged 10 to 13. Thirty children with intellectual disabilities were participated in this study. Subjects were divided into two groups. Data was analyzed using two-way ANOVAs with repeated measures of group (2) and time (3). Dependent variables were rear balancing (MQ1), single foot jumping (MQ2), left and right jumping (MQ3), lateral movement (MQ4), and MQT. The results of this study indicated that exercise group with trampoline intervention program showed improvement in the KTK compared to control group. In conclusion, improvements in motor coordination ability by children with ID who participated in the 24-week trampoline intervention program are apparent in our study, providing at the same time evidence that properly selected exercises can also produce additional positive benefits regarding motivation toward exercise and enjoyment. Trampoline training can be an effective intervention for improving functional outcomes and it is clearly recommended as an alternative mode of physical activity for improving balance and motor coordination performance.
