성인 지적장애인의 신체활동 지원 체계 우선순위 분석

본 연구는 성인 지적장애인의 신체활동 지원 체계를 마련하고자 성인 지적장애인의 신체활동 지원요구 척도를 기반으로 전문가의 의견을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 전문가 집단을 부모집단, 현장지도자, 학계전문가 30명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 전문가 집단을 통해서 도출된 델파이의 연구결과를 기반으로 각 요소의 계층적인 분석과 각 요소간의 쌍대비교를 통한 우선순위 분석을 실시하였다. 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대영역의 중요도 지각 우선순위는 외체계, 거시체계, 중간체계, 미시체계 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외체계의 하위영역에 대한 순위는 대중매체의 지원, 체육단체의 지원, 지역단체의 지원, 복지시설의 지원, 체육시설의 지원, 복지서비스의 지원, 그리고 부모의 지원 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 거시체계의 하위영역에 대한 순위는 사회인식의 지원, 법의 지원 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중간체계의 하위영역에 대한 순위는 장애가족과 장애동료가족의 지원, 네트워크 구축지원, 장애가족과 직장의 지원, 그리고 장애가족과 체육시설의 지원 순으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 미시체계의 하위영역에 대한 순위는 직장의 지원, 부모의 지원, 지도자의 지원, 체육시설의 지원, 복지 및 재활시설의 지원 순으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study confirmed the opinions of experts based on the physical activity support request scale of adults with intellectual disabilities in order to prepare a system for supporting physical activity for adults with intellectual disabilities. For this purpose, in this study, an expert group was conducted targeting 30 parents, field leaders, and academic experts. Based on the Delphi research results derived through the expert group, a hierarchical analysis of each element and a priority analysis through pairwise comparison between each element were performed. Based on the results, the conclusion of this study is as follows. First, the priority of perception of importance in large domains appeared in the order of exosystem, macrosystem, intermediate system, and microsystem. Second, in the order of sub-domains of the exosystem, support from mass media, support from sports organizations, support from local groups, support for welfare facilities, support for sports facilities, support for welfare services, and support from parents were shown in the order. Third, the sub-domains of the macro system were ranked in the order of social awareness support and law support. Fourth, in the order of sub-domains of the intermediate system, support for families with disabilities and fellow families with disabilities, support for network construction, support for families with disabilities and workplaces, and support for families with disabilities and sports facilities were in order. Fifth, in the order of sub-domains of the microsystem, support from the workplace, support from parents, support from leaders, support for sports facilities, and support for welfare and rehabilitation facilities were shown in the order.
