이 연구는 전국장애인체육대회의 운영에 관한 문제점을 알아보고, 전국장애인체육대회의 운영개선 방안에 대하여 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해 우선적으로 문헌분석을 실시하였으며, 설문을 통한 현장 의견 조사 분석과 전문가 회의를 실시하였다. 그 결과 설문조사의 분석으로는 전국장애인체육대회의 목적과 성과를 파악했고, 전국장애인체육대회의 선수부·동호인부 및 대회 운영에 대한 문제점과 개선사항을 도출할 수 있었다. 이 연구의 설문조사 결과와 전문가 회의를 바탕으로 제시된 전국장애인체육대회의 운영개선 방안에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전국장애인체육대회의 선수부·동호인부 개선을 통해 명칭과 종목의 다름으로 나타나는 혼란을 막을 수 있다. 둘째, 학생선수부의 도입을 통해 생활·전문체육의 발전을 도모할 수 있다. 셋째, 생활체육동호인부의 이벤트 개최를 통해 시스템을 구축하고 참여계층을 확대할 수 있다. 넷째, 다양한 정책적 고려를 통해 전국장애인체육대회의 위상을 높일 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the problems with the operation of the National Para Games, and to suggest ways to improve the operation of the National Para Games. For this purpose, literature analysis was performed first, and field opinions through questionnaires and expert meetings were conducted. As a result, through the analysis of the questionnaire, the purpose and performance of the National Para Games were identified, and problems and improvements could be drawn for the athletes and club members of the National Para Games and the operation of the competition. The conclusions presented based on the results of questionnaire and expert meetings of this study were as follows. First, it is possible to prevent confusion due to differences in names and events by improving the athletes and club members of the National Para Games. Second, the development of sports for all and professional sports can be promoted through the introduction of the student athletics club. Third, it is possible to build a system and expand the participation class by holding an event of the sports club for all. Fourth, it is necessary to raise the status of the National Para Games through various policy considerations.
