본 연구의 목적은 생활체육에 참여하는 중국 지체장애인의 장애인스포츠 인식과 임파워먼트, 건강 신념, 건강증진행위의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것으로, 중국의 생활체육 참여 지체장애인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 599부의 설문지를 통계 분석하였다. 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증, 상관관계 분석을 위해 SPSS WIN Ver. 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였고, 확인적 요인분석과 연구가설 검증을 위해 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인스포츠 인식은 임파워먼트, 건강신념과 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 임파워먼트는 건강신념과 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 건강신념은 건강증진행위에유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 장애인스포츠 인식과 건강증진행위의 관계에서 임파워먼트와 건강신념은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship among the perception of disabled sports, empowerment, health beliefs, and health promotion behaviors of Chinese people with physical disabilities people participating in Leisure Sports. Accordingly, A survey was conducted targeting people with physical disabilities participating in Leisure sports in China, and a total of 599 questionnaires were statistically analyzed. For frequency analysis, reliability and validity verification, and correlation analysis, SPSS WIN Ver, AMOS 26.0 program was used for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling, and the results of this study are as follows. First, awareness of disabled sports was found to have a significant effect on empowerment, health beliefs, and health promotion behavior. Second, empowerment was found to have a significant effect on health beliefs and health promotion behavior. Third, health beliefs were found to have a significant effect on health promotion behavior. Fourth, empowerment and health beliefs were found to mediate the relationship between awareness of disabled sports and health promotion behavior.
