In nineteen-eighties, the democratic movement in Korea and the thought emancipating movement in China respectively has been concluded into “1987 regime” and “6⋅4 regime”. This essay realized that those phenomena were “fugitive democracy”. This essay has two aims. First, I introduced KANG You-wei’s democratic idea in Datongshu and WANG Li-xiong’s progressive democracy in Yellow Peril as alternative system. Second, I groped for new form of subjectivation which is the precondition of practicing democratic system. Finally, I insisted the dialectic articulation between system and subject.
