로스쿨 체제하에서의 상사법분야의 개설과목과 교수방법에 관한 고찰

Abstract

The introduction of the law school systems means a dramatic change in the legal training system from the traditional focus on the study of law and judicial examination to a system of training professionals and attorney bar licenses. As a result, the law school system has a different vision and purpose from those of the traditional study of law. Proper training environments and teaching methods for the law school system should be provided promptly. The law school system corresponds to a graduate program of a university, and the education term is reduced from four to three years. In addition, the law school system will incorporate a portion of the two-year training process from the Judicial Research and Training Institute. Accordingly, the development of a systemic and effective education approach and teaching method is critical. This thesis addresses the general of the education approach in the law school system, and the status of curriculums for commercial law at 10 major universities. Moreover, this thesis studies the education process in the area of commercial law, and specific teaching methods. Lastly, this thesis suggests a lecture plan with specific lecturing method and contents for a basic course in commercial law for the law school system.
