The findings revealed that key factors for successful DT include culturalawareness of its importance, an effective administrative and organizational structure, andsupportive legislative frameworks. However, challenges such as limited practical knowledge, resistance to change, and insufficient financial resources were identified. The studyrecommends establishing a dedicated DT office within the university to oversee planning, implementation, and continuous evaluation, ensuring the success of transformation efforts.
