日本의 ADR法에 관한 紹介

Abstract

Introduction of Japanese ADR LawJung, Young-SooThis paper introduces Japanese Alternative Dispute Resolution Law. ADR law is defining contents for the most appropriate dispute settlement way. ADR law has the basic ideologies about ADR and the business of the private ADR organization. ADR law is composed of general provisions, business of authentication dispute settlement procedures, an exception about use of authentication dispute settlement procedures and penalty.A certification system is a system that the Ministry of Justice certificate if satisfied the requirements that ADR law sets about mediation or conciliation.ADR information release for people, cooperation between related organizations of ADR, wide application of the Legal Aid etc. must be continuously studied.
