이 글은 물리적인 투입 위주의 성장은 한계에 달했고 창의성과 혁신적인 시도를 통한 창조적인 성장만이 경제성장의 안정적인 기반으로 작동할 수 있다는 점은 인식하고, 창조적 성장의 두 가지 요소 중에서 혁신형 기업생태계의 관점에서 현재 제출되고 있는 정책담론을 비판적으로 검토하고 그 함의를 정리하였다. 기업생태계에 관한 논의와 역량블록론에 대한 논의를 기반으로 혁신형 기업생태계의 관점을 재정리하였다. 첫째, 지속적인 혁신은 안정적이고 지속가능한 기업생태계 구축과 유지를 통해서만 가능해진다. 둘째, 기업생태계의 안정적인 유지를 위해서는 생태계 전반을 포괄하는 키스톤조직의 역할이 필요하고 틈새행위자의 창조적인 행위가 필요하다. 셋째, 틈새행위자들의 창조적인 행위와 이에 따른 경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 기업생태계 내에서 선별의 기능이 제대로 이루어져야 하며 이것이 가능할 수 있는 기반이 확보되어야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 재벌개혁론과 동반성장론의 한계를 지적하고 기존 성장방식의 변경과 혁신형 기업생태계 구축의 필요성을 제기하였다.
Abstract
This paper argue that it is necessary to build and enlarge innovative business ecosystem in that it is helpful to advance the conditions and dynamism of sustainable economic growth, considering the limitations of discourse surrounding so-called ‘democratizing economy policy’. For that this paper summarize the discussions focusing on the concept itself, critical condition for sustainable business ecosystem, several model of business ecosystem and major actors and their strategy and behavior, and supplement it with the theory on competence bloc. Based on this, we suggest some implication for major group of economic agents and argue that we need business ecosystem friendly policy in order for innovative business ecosystem.
