과립세포육종은 미성숙 과립백혈구로 이루어진 국소성 종양이다. 과립세포육종은 신체 어느 부위에서나 발생할 수 있고, 주로뼈막, 뼈, 연조직, 림프절, 피부 등에 발생하나 유방을 침범한 경우는 드물다. 또한 과립세포육종은 질병의 진단이나 재발 혹은 진단에 앞서 어느 시기에서나 나타날 수 있다. 이에 저자들은 급성골수성 백혈병이 완전관해된 6개월 후 재발에 앞서 양측 유방의과립세포육종이 나타난 환자를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Abstract
Granulocytic sarcoma (GS) is a localized tumor composed of immature granulocytic cells. GS can involve any site in the body. The common sites are periosteum, bone, soft tissue, lymph node, and skin; the breast is an unusual site for GS. They can be present at the time of diagnosis, at relapse, and sometimes preceding the diagnosis. We describe a 49-year-old woman with acute myelogenous leukemia, FAB AML M2, who was diagnosed with granulocytic sarcoma in both of her breasts at 6 months after complete remission
