서론 : Clostridium difficile(C. difficile)은 병원 감염을 일으키는 원인균 중의 하나로 독소 생성 여부에 관한 정확한 진단이중요하다. 최근 본원에서C. difficile배양 양성률에 비해 독소 A효소면역법 양성률이 너무 낮아 그 원인을 밝히고자 C. difficile배양 및 여러 종류의 시발체를 이용한 독소 A, B에 대한 중합효30 신보문곽은영소연쇄반응검사를 시행하였다.재 료 및 방 법 : C. difficile배양검사가 의뢰되었던 351예의 설사변을 대상으로 혐기성 배양을 시행하였으며, 같은 검체로 효소면역법을 이용한 독소 A 검사를 시행하였다. 독소 A의 검출은
