초록
Prescottella equi YW-05, a fungicide procymidone-degrading bacterial strain, was isolated from the field soil that has been used to grow corn in Yeongwol, Republic of Korea. Genome analysis revealed YW-05 genome comprises one chromosome (5,170,180 bp) and two plasmids (122,061 bp; 46,228 bp), with G+C contents of 68.5%, 66.0%, and 66.5%, respectively. The genome contained 4,926 protein-encoding genes, 52 tRNA genes, and 12 rRNA genes. This study revealed that the YW-05 strain possesses genes encoding amidases, enzymes involved in the degradation of procymidone.
