중국 의료관광산업의 중국 국민경제 기여도 분석: 산업연관 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 중국통계청이 2015년에 발표한 2012년 산업연관표를 중심으로 기본분류인 139개 산업 중 제약제품, 도매 및 소매, 철도운송, 도로운송 등 11개 부문을 의료관광산업으로 분류하여 이에 대한 경제적 기여도를 연구하였다. 분석 결과는 중국 2012년 의료관광산업의 생산유발계수 열합계는 2.36428, 행 합계는 8.20280, 감응도계수는 .06983, 영향력 계수는 .02013, 부가가치유발계수는 1.00253,소득유발계수는 .17297 등을 보여주고 있다. 분석결과에 따라 본문의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 의료관광산업은 최근 몇 년 동안 전반적으로 제조업보다 높아 중국 기타 산업을 이끌어가는 핵심 산업 되기 때문에 정부의 더 적극적인 지원이나 정책적인 우대가 필요하다. 둘째, 중국 의료관광산업의 전 · 후방연쇄효과 모두 1보다 작아 원시적 제조업형 산업이기 때문에 기술적 혁명이나 새로운 운영이념 및 모델이 필요하다. 셋째, 의로관광 산업은 부가가치, 소득 및 생산세에 거대한 경제적 파급효과를 유발할 수 있기 때문에 법적인 규정과 제도의 완비와 시장에 대한 감독이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study studied the economic contribution of pharmaceutical products, among 139 industries, which are the basic classification, based on the 2012 Industrial Association Table published by the China National Statistical Office in 2015. The results of the analysis show that China's 2012 medical tourism industry has a production inducement coefficient of 2.36428, the sum of the rows is 8.20280, the sensitivity coefficient is .06983, the influence coefficient is .02013, the value-added inducement coefficient is 1.00253, and the income inducement coefficient is .17297. The implications of the text according to the analysis results are as follows. First, China's medical tourism industry has been higher overall than manufacturing in recent years, making it a key industry leading China's other industries, requiring more active government support or policy preferential treatment. Second, both the pre- and rear-end linkage effects of China's medical tourism industry are smaller than 1, so a technological revolution or new operational ideology and model are needed because it is a primitive manufacturing industry. Third, the medical tourism industry is required to complete legal regulations and systems and supervise the market because it can have a huge economic ripple effect on value-added, income and production taxes.
