군 사이버환경은 ICT의 발달로 인해 초연결사회로 발전하고 있다. 우수한인프라로 구축된 외ㆍ내부망은 네트워크 기술 발달로 인해 사이버 공격 접점이증대되고, 지속적인 정보수집 공격과 해킹공격이 증가하고 있다. 또한, 국방분야의 첨단화된 정보체계 및 무기체계의 발달로 인한 악의적인 의도로침투할 수 있는 네트워크적 접점이 증가하면서 악성화된 기술적 침해행위가증가되었다. 따라서 북한의 해커조직의 특징과 북한의 사이버공격 유형을조사ㆍ분석하여 시사점을 도출한 후 사이버안보영역을 최초침투, 내부망 장악, 내부 유출 단계로 구분하여 국방사이버안보의 대응방향을 제시 하고자 한다.
Abstract
The military cyber environment is developing into a hyperconnected society due to the development of ICT. External and internal networks built with excellent infrastructure are increasing cyber attack contacts due to the development of network technology, and continuous information collection attacks and hacking attacks are increasing. In addition, malicious technological infringement has increased as network contacts that can penetrate malicious intent due to the development of advanced information systems and weapons systems in the defense sector have increased. Therefore, after investigating and analyzing the characteristics of North Korea's hacker organization and the type of North Korea's cyber attack, the cyber security area is divided into the stages of initial penetration, internal network control, and internal leakage to present the response direction of defense cybersecurity.
