한국어의 많은 방언이 15~16세기에 존재했던 액센트(방점)를 상실한 반면 경상도 방언은 그 , 액센트를 유지하고 있어 큰 주목을 받아 왔다 특히 1960년경부터, 한국과 일본의 연구자들에 의해. 경상도 방언의 액센트에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어 졌다 그러나 대부분의 연구가 경상도 방언과 중세 국어와의 연관성에 초점을 맞춘 통시적 관점의 연구로 경상도 방언 액센트에 관한 공시적, 연구에는 여전히 불분명한 점이 많다고 할 수 있다 본 연구는 경상도 방언 체계에 대한 폭넓고 포괄적인 연구를 위해 현지 조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과의 일부로 현재의 마산 방언과 중세 국 어(15세기 중반부터 16세기 말까지)의 액센트 자료를 제시한다.
Abstract
While many dialects of Korea have lost the accent system that existed in the 15th and 16th centuries, the Gyeongsang-do dialect group has been attracting significant attention since around 1960 because it has retained its accent system. Since then, researchers in Korea and Japan have written many descriptive works on the Gyeongsang-do dialect system, and the Gyeongsang-do dialect group has been studied relatively abundantly compared to other dialects. However, most studies have taken a diachronic perspective, focusing on the Gyeongsang-do dialect group and its link to Middle Korean. As a result, the synchronic aspect of the Gyeongsang-do dialect system remains unclear. Therefore, I ran an independent survey to provide a broad and comprehensive description of the Gyeongsang-do accent system. This is the first in a series of reports on accentual surveys of nouns in the Masan dialect of southern Gyeongsang-do. A list of 606 words of simple nouns is presented with particular reference to prosodemes of the present-day Masan dialect and the Middle Korean (from the mid-15th century to the end of the 16th century)
