도시철도 차량을 활용한 지하물류 운영개념 기반비상대응 메뉴얼 개발에 관한 연구

현대사회에서의 도시화와 이커머스 시장의 확대는 현대인들의 전자상거래 증가를 촉진시켰고, 이는 도시 물류 수요의 증가의 원인이 되어 도심 내 많은 양의 화물차량 유입을 발생시켰다. 근본적으로 내연기관을 이용하는 운송 수단을 활용하여 물품을 운송하는 기존의 시스템은 도로 교통의 혼잡 문제와 배기가스로 인한 환경적 문제를 해결하지 못한 상태로 운영되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 현재 국내에서는 도시철도를 이용하여 도심 내 물류 운송을 할 수 있는 도시철도 물류 시스템을 개발 중에 있다. 본 도시철도 물류 시스템은 신개념 물류 시스템으로써, 지하 도시철도 인프라를 통해 역사에서 운행되기 때문에 운용 중 발생되는 비상상황에 대응이 가능한 지하철 시스템을 기반으로 하는 표준 운영 절차서가 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시철도 물류시스템의 표준 운영 절차서 구축을 위한 비상사태 매뉴얼의 기본 요구사항을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Urbanization and the expansion of the e-commerce market in modern society have promoted the increase of e-commerce among modern people. It has caused an increase in the demand for urban logistics, resulting in large amount of freight vehicles into the city. Fundamentally, the existing system for transporting goods using transportation means using an internal combustion engine is operating without solving the problem of road traffic congestion and environmental problems caused by exhaust gas. To solve this problem, in Korea, an urban railway logistics system that can transport logistics within the city center using urban railways is currently being developed. This underground urban railway logistics system is a new concept logistics system, and since it is operated at the station through the underground urban railway infrastructure, a standard operating procedure based on the subway system that can respond to emergency situations occurring during operation should be prepared. In this study, basic requirements for emergency manuals for establishing standard operating procedures for urban railroad logistics systems were proposed.
