Recently it has been said that there's no real Africa in Africa. It is reason that Africa had not only become a place for resource wars of great powers but also for a place of mission of world religions. West Africa is a place where folk belief is higher than other region. Decrees and rites of folk belief has brought tribes illiberal burden and also formed an essential part of religious values and world-views. Islam that can be regarded as the Middle East religion has combined with folk religions and is found in the form of syncretism. West African respect the values and the existence of the Faith in the private sector. Folk Islam in West Africa is heritor of the Mediterranean culture and a national religion. As a result, Islam became mixed with other local religions. Mission in West Africa where Folklore and folk Islam has been established requires a more practical attitude from Christian missionaries. Missionary should study and know the local religions and gain sympathy of life from the local people. Missionary should present the perfectly good life of the Gospel towards others to respect the ultimate existence and also should carry on constant prayer for them.
