순종과 섬김을 실천하는 선교적 삶에 관한 연구 - 본회퍼의 삶의 신학과 볼프의 일의 신학을 중심으로

20세기 후반 서구 교회의 몰락과 문화의 세속화를 극복하기 위하여, 대럴 구더(Darrell L. Guder)를 중심으로 여러 학자가 신학적으로 선교적 교회를 고찰하였다. 복음주의 진영의 선교적 교회론은 온전한 삼위일체 하나님의 선교이고 그리스도의 몸 된 교회의 역할을 중요시한다. 더불어 하나님의 백성은 모두 세상으로 파송 받고 은사를 활용하여 복음을 삶으로 증거하는 성도이다. 본회퍼에게 예수 그리스도는 제자를 향한 부름과 순종의 근거이다. 값싼 은혜는 회개, 순종, 십자가, 그리고 고난의 회피이다. 하나님의 은혜가 값비싼 이유는 독생자 예수님이 십자가에서 최고의 대가를 지불했기 때문이다. 신앙을 증거하는 제자의 순종은 즉각적이고 자기부인을 요구하며, 제자는 그리스도의 고난에 기쁨으로 동참한다. 볼프에게 일은 개인과 공동체의 필요를 충족하기 위한 수단적 활동이다. 그리스도인은 청지기로서 세상에서 일에 참여한다. 볼프는 전통적인 소명론 대신, 급변하는 21세기에 적합하고 일의다원성을 강조하는 성령론적 일의 신학을 제안한다. 성령의 은사는 그리스도인을 부르고 사명을 위한 능력이다. 일은 ‘세상의 변혁(transformatio mundi)’을 지향하고 하나님의 활동에 동참하기 위한 그리스도인의 의무이다. 삶의 신학과 일의 신학의 공통점은 하나님의 부르심, 삶의 현장인 세상, 그리고 고난에 동참이다. 그리고 신학적으로 대조되는내용은 종말론적 관점, 신학의 형성배경, 그리고 신학의 중심적 역할의 구별이다. 결론적으로 그리스도인은 예수님의 제자가 되어그분의 사역을 대행한다. 하나님의 선교에 동참하기 위하여, 제자에게는 자기부인, 자기희생적 대리행위, 그리고 새 창조를 선행하는 성령 안에서 일의 참여가 요구된다. 그리스도인의 선교적 삶은믿음에 근거한 순종과 청지기로서 은사를 활용한 섬김을 통해 세상에서 종말론적으로 예수를 증거하는 삶이다.
Abstract
In order to overcome the fall of Western churches and the secularization of culture in the late twentieth century, several scholars including Darrell L. Guder considered missional church theologically. Missional ecclesiology of the evangelical camp is the mission of the Trinity and emphasizes the role of the church as the body of Christ. In addition, all of God’s people are sent to the world and believers using the gifts to witness the Gospel in their lives. Jesus Christ is the basis for calling and obedience to disciples for Bonhoeffer. Cheap grace is the avoidance of repentance, obedience, the cross, and suffering. The grace of God is costly because the only begotten Son, Jesus, paid the highest price on the cross. The obedience of a disciple who witnesses through faith is immediate, requires self-denial, and joins in the suffering of Christ. Work is an instrumental activities to meet the needs of individuals and the community for Volf. Christians take part in the work as a servant in the world. Instead of the vocational understanding of work, Volf proposes pneumatological theology of work that is appropriate for the rapidly changing 21st century and emphasizes the pluralism at work. The gift of the Holy Spirit is the power of calling and missions. Work is the Christian’s duty to transform the world by participating in God’s Mission. There are three common features between theology of life and theology of work. It is to join God’s call, the world of life, and join in suffering. On the contrary the eschatological perspective, theological backgrounds, and the central role of theology are definitely different. In conclusion, christians become disciples of Jesus and act on his behalf. In order to participate in God’s mission, the disciple requires self-denial and self-sacrificing acts as well as required to participate in work in the Holy Spirit, which precedes in the new creation. Christian’s missional life is the eschatologically witness of Jesus in the world through obedience faith-based and work of servants using the gifts.
