남북통합목회의 현황과 미래 과제에 대한 연구

한반도의 분단은 남북교회의 분단도 함께 가져왔다. 분단 된지 70여 년이 지나면서 향후 한반도의 통일이 이루어진다면 상호이질화된 남북의 교회를 하나 되게 하는 것은 한국 교회의 매우 중요한 과제이다. 한반도의 외적 통일도 중요하지만 갈라진 문화, 정서, 체제의 내적 통합도 매우 중요한 요소이다. 남북통합목회는 서로 다른 남북한 사람의 통일을 복음으로 가능하다고 보는 목회적 행위이다. 남북통합목회는 2000년대부터 탈북민을 중심으로 시작된 목회적 행위로서 탈북민 목회자와 남한 목회자가 시행하는 목회로 구분된다. 남북통합목회는 탈북민들 중심으로 시행되는 목회와 복음 안에서 남북한의 융합을 목표로 하는목회로 나뉘어진다. 남북통합목회가 지속가능하려면 두 과제가 필요하다. 첫째는 따뜻한 포용적 문화를 만들어 가야 한다. 둘째, 남과 북의 두 문화가 서로 충돌하기 보다는 서로의 장점을 세우면서 선교적 문화로 분출될 수 있도록 만들어가야 한다. 또한 남북통합목회를 이해하고 이 사역을 감당할 사역자가 계속적으로 수급될 수 있도록 해야한다. 각 교단마다 북한교회를세울 목회자들을 양성해야 한다. 또한 현재 각 교단에 속해 있는 남북통합목회 공동체를 교단별로 연결하여 교단적 차원에서 통일선교의 모판 교회로 후원하고 지원하는 시스템을 갖추어야 한다.
Abstract
The division of the Korean Peninsula also brought about the division of the North and South Korean churches. If the unification of the Korean Peninsula takes place in the future after more than 70 years of division, it is a very important task for the Korean church, the mutually heterogeneous churches of the two Koreas, to be united as one. While external unification of the Korean Peninsula is important, internal integration of divided cultures, emotions, and systems is also a very important factor. The inter-Korean integrated ministry is a pastoral act that considers the unification of different South and North Koreans possible through the gospel. The inter-Korean integrated ministry is a pastoral act that began around North Korean defectors in the 2000s, and is divided into ministry implemented by North Korean defectors pastors and South Korean pastors. The inter-Korean integrated ministry is divided into a ministry centered on North Korean defectors and a ministry aimed at convergence of the two Koreas within the gospel. Two tasks are needed for the inter-Korean integrated ministry to be sustainable. First, we need to create a warm inclusive culture. Second, the two cultures of the South and the North should be made so that they can vent into missionary cultures by establishing each other’s strengths rather than colliding with each other. It should also understand the inter Korean integration ministry and ensure that ministers who will handle the ministry continue to be supplied. Each church should train pastors to build a North Korean church. In addition, the inter-Korean integrated ministry community, which is currently part of each denomination, should be connected by denomination to support and support the unification missionary’s parent church at a denominational level.
