This study aims at exploring the missionary ethics and morality from the biblical perspective. Missionaries continue to face many conflicting religious issues in the mission field today. The conflicts in the field may be different in forms and shapes. Yet the nature of some of the conflicts is ethical and moral, which requires a biblical understanding of what is right and what is wrong. This study suggests that missionaries need a set of standard and norm which is culturally and biblically appropriate in the mission field. Missionaries may spend their entire life seeking to impose their beliefs, doctrines or lifestyles on fellow human beings. Here,I suggest a biblical model for missionary ethics based on individual calling and identity. This study further argues that missionary ethics need to be lived out in missionary life and work in the following ways. First,missionary ethics needs to be relevant for the ministry in the contemporary culture. Second, missionary ethics should practice justice for community in the mission field. Third, missionary could draw the basis of ethics and morality from the Bible.
