전통과 신앙적 의무 실천을 생명으로 여기는 무슬림들의 신앙의 근간을 흔들어 놓아 하나님의 백성으로 삼을 것인가는 하나님을믿는 자에게 큰 과제가 된다. 무슬림에게 예수 그리스도가 구주이심을 전하기에 앞서 선교사역자들은 ‘기초 작업’을 해야 한다. 자카리아 보트로스(Zakaria Botros)는 무슬림 전도의 네 가지 단계로변증학, 대립신학, 복음전파, 제자화를 제시한다. 본 고에서는 중동에서 오랜 기간 무슬림 선교에 헌신했던 자카리아 보트로스의 견해를 바탕으로 무슬림 전도의 첫 단계 곧 무슬림이 예수 그리스도를구주로 영접하는 것을 가로막는 장벽과, 기독교 근본신앙을 받아들이지 못하는 이슬람의 견고한 진들을 깨트리는 방법, 무슬림 전도의 원리, 새로운 플랫폼은 무엇인가를 찾아보고자 한다.
Abstract
It is a great challenge for believers in God to shake the foundation of their faith, which considers Muslims’ traditions and the practice of religious duties as life, and make them God’s people. Missionaries should do the “groundwork” before they can share with Muslims that Jesus Christ is their Savior. Za karia Botros identifies four steps in Muslim evangelism: apol ogetics, confrontational theology, evangelism, and discipleship. This thesis will present the first step in Muslim evangelism based on the views of Zakaria Botros, a longtime missionary to Muslims in the Middle East, as he explores the barriers that prevent Muslims from accepting Jesus Christ as Savior, how to break through Islam’s entrenched barriers to acceptance of the Christian faith, the principles of Muslim evangelism, and a new platform for mission.
